There are complimentary coffee and tea at the reception. Although the location is very convenient, having to switch lift from 12th floor to 13 floor to our triple room is somehow troublesome. Great service from the smiley recep

Awesome location.

Awesome location. Staff are helpful. Really in the heart of Ximending.

One mosquito one night which I couldn’t kill but staff had bug spray to protect me. Otherwise awesome and would stay again because of its location and great staff. Some guests were noisy next door but expected for Ximending and the type of tourists they were.

Perfect Location, No window & narrow Room

This hotel is located in heart of Ximending area. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby hotel. With only 5 min from subway station, we can get to any place in Taipei. (if you like to walk ...you can walk to Yongshan temple, Zhongshan memorial, Taipei main station). The location is perfect. Furthermore, every staffs are very friendly and willing to support us. Room is quite clean.

When I book the room, information says that some of this kind room doesn't have window. However, I found that even the room with window has it only in bathroom. So I think the ventilation of air is not so good. I can smell some artificial air freshener.

won't recommend this hotel.

Convenience as they were in the middle of ximending, so it's easy to access .

upon check in, one of the staff were quite rude and doesn't seems to be happy to check in for us as we reach around 11 plus. room were kind of dirty, bed sheet have many stains on, so quite disgusting. room have a moldy smell. Lift can take quite long to reach as they were above cinema and shopping mall so you have to wait quite a while to reach the hotel.

Overall good stay.

We were given an upgrade of room from 2 single beds to 2 double beds and the front desk receptionist was very friendly and check in was smooth and fast. Location of the hotel is also good as is easy to find (just above Uniqlo and the cinema) and is in the centre of Ximending shopping district. To take exit 6 from Ximen MRT station.

The hotel lobby is located on the 12th floor and the room allocated to us was located on the 13th floor which need to take another 1 level from the elevator at the back of 12th floor - as the elevator is used by the lower level restaurants, hence it is not so convenient and lift is more for cargo and not passengers, where the condition of the lift is not so ideal.

It was a good stay, except for the towels.

The staff is very gracious and accommodating.

They should change their towels already. Bring in new ones. The ones given to us were old and already had holes.

Great stay and experience!

The location is superb! Very near the MRT! Looks like the shopping districts of Japan right at the hotel's doorsteps!

The service elevator from the 12th to the 13th floor is smelly and filthy.

I had a 2:30 am check in and the staff was very helpful.

I had a 2:30 am check in and the staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and room and bathroom were clean. Location was right in the middle of all the fun and many restaurants.

Good enough for our stay but will try another hotel if we go there next time

The cleanliness was acceptable and the location was great for shopping

The TV had no sound, we reported it on the 2nd day (we arrived 10+pm on 1st day) and it was only properly repaired for use on the last day of stay. There is no hand soap, insufficient space to hang clothes for 3 people, had to use 2 lifts to get to our room on the 13th flr and the lift from the 12th to 13th floor smells rather bad.
